Third Gen Restoration - Drivetrain

The drivetrain for this project was up in the air. I had the LG4 engine and the 5-speed transmission from the 86. The motor seemed to be in fairly good shape, but I really don't want to rebuild a 305, so a search began for something a little more potent. Eventually I found a L98 from a GTA, which was what the IROC came with originally.

The 5-speed transmission from the 86Z will definitely be re-used. A new rear end has also been procured, so most of the drivetrain is now accounted for.
